Development Working Group Meeting.

The third Development Working Group meeting within Russia's Presidency was held on July 8-10, 2013 in Moscow (Russia). The representatives of the G20 Ministries and Official Development Assistance Agencies, as well as experts from the international organizations and outreach invitees attended the meeting.

“Proxy Centre” LLC team took part in the organization process of the Meeting.

Information service personnel realized a regular monitoring of the online accreditation process during the arrangement of the third Development Working Group meeting within Russia's G20 Presidency. Participants of the Meeting could be promptly provided with the technical support, if necessary. Specifically, information service personnel provided a well -coordinated work for participants’ meet-and-greet service.

Information desks, designed with the logo of the G20 Meeting, were located at Moscow airports. Information service staff met Working Group meeting participants and provided a common logistic support.

During the period of the conference, Host Liaison Officers team carried out a thorough information support for the participant of the Meeting.

Proxy Centre IT department arranged an accreditation point for badge and delegates bags distribution.

Accreditation points were arranged to make the working process of the accreditation department specialists run more effectively.

Proxy Centre transport department specialists organized all-inclusive transport service of the participant: delegates were met at Moscow airports (Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo), as well as at Moscow rail terminals (Kievsky, Paveletsky, Belorussky) – the arrival points of the aero express trains, and transferred to the Lotte Plaza hotel.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Mercedes-Benz Viano - were used for the delegates transfer.

At the end of the Development Working Group meeting the similar transport scheme was used for the delegates transfer.
