The MFF’s official website is Proxy Centre’s responsibility. Proxy Centre’s professionals developed the concept, created the site, and are now maintaining it. The site (http://www.ff.msk.ru) contains complete information about the Forum’s program, the subjects of the planned discussions, participation terms, and the event’s organizers and partners. The official site also offers the participants an online registration option: Personal Web Offices have been created for all the Forum’s guests, allowing for an easy and quick registration procedure developed by Proxy Centre.
Proxy Centre’s professionals are also responsible for the entire process of accrediting the Forum’s participants, journalists, and technical staff. The company will provide specialized furniture for accreditation points, the required software and equipment, including printers to print out Forum badges. Proxy Centre’s professionals will hold training sessions for accreditation operators and will control and monitor the work of the accreditation points during the entire event. Besides, the company selected and trained temp staff to be employed while preparing for and holding the Forum. Proxy Centre also provided the temp staff with uniforms which reflect the event’s corporate identity.
Working with delegation is another area of Proxy Centre’s responsibilities. It includes informational and administrative support for MFF participants and speakers. Proxy Centre compiles information letters and sends them to all Forum participants. The Company’s personnel will monitor the participants’ arrival at the event and handle the informational activity at the MFF site. Informational activity included preparing an Administrative Circular Letter which contained the Forum’s principal participation terms, registration manual, and hotel suggestions. The participants will also receive the Participant’s Guidebook to be distributed at the accreditation points. The Guidebook contains complete information on the event, on the Forum’s program and speakers, advertisements of the Forum’s partners, and the Forum’s site map and the exhibition hall’s map.
