Proxy Centre provides accreditation of participants of the VII St. Petersburg International Cultural forum. The largest Russian annual event in the sphere of culture will be held on November 15th -17th.
The main accreditation center of the Forum will begin its work on November 8th in St. Petersburg. Four accreditation offices will operate during the Forum: three in St. Petersburg and one in Moscow.
The company organized trainings for employees in advance, who will provide accreditation and control of participants ' access to the Forum venue. Training for accreditation desks operators and access control was conducted by specialists of the accreditation department of Proxy Centre. The training was also attended by representatives of the Directorate of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. Operators have studied the General rules of the Forum, the algorithms of accreditation and access control of various client groups, received the necessary instructions. During the practical part of the training, the participants got acquainted with the equipment on which they will work, carried out a test printing of badges, worked out potential difficult situations in the format of a business game.
Within the framework of the project, the company employs more than 70 temporary staff. These are accreditation operators, personnel of access control points at the venues of the Forum's public flow events and the Jazz Across Borders Forum-fest, as well as administrative and technical staff. The growing level of the Forum and the number of participants required the company to significantly increase the number of employees involved in the project. In 2017, the accreditation process and the solution of related tasks were provided by more than 45 people of the involved staff.
About the Forum
The VII Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum will take place on November 15-17, 2018. The Forum has been rightfully recognized a global cultural event, annually attracting thousands of experts in field of culture from all over the world: stars of theatre, opera and ballet, renowned directors and musicians, public figures, representatives of authorities and business and academic communities. Forum Organizers: the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and the Government of Saint Petersburg.
The Forum is developing in three dimensions at the same time. A large-scale Business Program will be of interest to specialists in different areas of culture. The Festival Program includes multiple cultural events for city residents and guests of Saint Petersburg. The business program creates conditions for implementing projects and signing agreements in the sphere of culture.
The Professional flow of the Forum is divided into 14 sections devoted to museums, theatre, circus, cinema, literature, tourism, folk art, preservation of cultural heritage and other areas. 36 thousand experts, including 1000 foreign guests, took part in the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum-2017, 500 cultural and 200 business events took place.
