Proxy Centre has been involved in the organization and holding of the 6th St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. The company ensured the implementation of the entire range of operations associated with web registration and accreditation of participants.
During the preparatory phase, the company’s specialists created online sites for registration of participants in the public and professional forum flow to ensure the efficiency of the necessary IT infrastructure. Proxy Center staff also recruited and trained personnel for the accreditation desks. The accreditation process and the solution of related tasks were provided by more than 45 engaged specialists.
The company organized the operation of the main accreditation center in St. Petersburg well in advance, along with an additional accreditation office in Moscow. The accreditation desks were opened on November 10 and were operational until the end of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum. A temporary accreditation desk was opened at the Mariinsky Theater in St. Petersburg, which operated during the opening ceremony of the event.
Proxy Centre provided 47 workplaces for accreditation operators with requisite equipment, as well as software. Laptops, cameras for taking pictures of participants, printers and materials for printing badges were provided.
Thorough planning and organization of work processes made it possible to provide a fast and efficient accreditation process in compliance with high service quality standards. Simultaneously with accreditation, operators at accreditation desks distributed information kits among the participants. The accreditation counters also supplied information to participants about the programme and events of the forum.
The company also made arrangements to organize access control perimeters at the venues of the forum — the General Staff and the Mariinsky Theatre. Access control terminals were installed in restricted areas. The proper operation of the access control perimeters was ensured through the integration with the accreditation database. During the forum, access control terminals proved to be effective, providing fast and convenient access to the venues.
In total, throughout the operation of the accreditation desks of the St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum, 11,450 participants received their badges. Proxy Centre accomplished all tasks; all of the requisite operations were carried out in compliance with the deadlines.
A total of 315 events took place within the framework of the St. Petersburg Cultural Forum, including more than 100 events of the business program. More than 34,000 people, including participants in cultural events, who did not require accreditation, took part in the forum.
