Proxy Centre acted as the organizer of the solemn scientific meeting on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Bakhchysarai Museum. The staff of the company provided the entire package of services to effectively address the tasks related to the preparation and holding of the event.
The specialists at Proxy Centre developed the program of the event, selected hotels to accommodate participants and the venue for the solemn scientific meeting – the Palmira Palace Hotel (Big Yalta). The company provided catering services, developed a menu taking into account the restrictions imposed by the religion of the Crimean Tatars.
During the preparation for the solemn scientific meeting, the company manufactured and rented branded back walls and stage structures for the site design, light and sound equipment. The staff of Proxy Centre selected and trained temporary staff.
During the event, Proxy Centre provided accreditation for the participants in the ceremonial meeting and controlled the quality of subcontractors’ services, organized staged and journalist photography of scientific readings and the territory of the Bakhchysarai Museum.

The museum owns the world’s largest collection of values that embody the highest achievements of the Crimean Tatars in arts and crafts.
Top-ranking officials of the Republic of Crimea, representatives of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, members of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, directors of Russian museums, historians, publicists, and public figures participated in the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the museum.
