Proxy Centre Participates in the Preparations for the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum

Proxy Centre Company is a traditional solution provider in the field of preparations for the biggest annual business event in Russia – the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), to take place on 1 to 3 June at the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Proxy Centre is responsible for such areas as organising the accreditation process for the Forum participants, technical personnel and vehicles, development of transport logistics and provision of integrated transport services for the Forum, a block of tasks related to congress management, including ensuring readiness of the rooms where SPIEF events take place.

The accreditation points for technical personnel, transport and drivers opened a month before the Forum. Accreditation points for SPIEF participants were opened in advance at Pulkovo Airport and in Moscow. Three days prior to the Forum, accreditation of participants begins at the main SPIEF site – the EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre. Accreditation points will also operate in six hotels in St Petersburg in which Forum participants are accommodated and at the Moskovsky Railway Station. Accreditation operators will have a significant amount of work: for example, in 2016 the number of SPIEF participants exceeded 12 thousand, the Forum was serviced by 5,708 vehicles, technical personnel involved in preparation and coordination of the event numbered 11,754.

Proxy Centre Company specialists conduct selection and training of administrators of the rooms where SPIEF section sessions will take place. During the Forum, the company will manage readiness of the rooms for meetings, interaction with section organisers, technical direction of the Forum, lighting and sound, catering and cleaning service providers.

Proxy Centre is the officially accredited transport operator of SPIEF-2017. The company’s tasks include organising the work of the Unified Dispatch Centre, interaction with taxi services, development of traffic routes and parking, scheduling of traffic, training and administration of dispatchers. The company receives applications for individual providers of transport services in advance, organising luxury, executive, and economy cars, as well as minibuses with qualified drivers for the SPIEF 2017 participants.
