Winter Olympic Games in Sochi became a critical examination for the largest Russian companies, which were involved into preparation process of one of the most important sport events of the planet. Business standing of the contractors and whole image of Russia in the world community opinion depended on the level of carrying out the Games. Enthusiastic reaction of the world press and high appreciation of the International Olympic Committee President, Thomas Bach, showed that this examination was passed with an excellent mark.

«Proxy Centre» LLC was one of the active contractors of the Committee – a leader in field of business and public event management of the highest level. According to the agreement with the Organizing Committee of the XXII Winter Olympic Games and XI Winter Paralympic Games, staff of the «Proxy Centre» company took part in the management of transport support during preparation and organization of the event.

The choice of the Organizing Committee was not random: employees of the company have an organizing experience of more than 80 biggest Russian and international events, including G20 Summit, Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum, and meetings of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC).

During the preparation process of the XXII Winter Olympic Games, representatives of the «Proxy Centre» LLC launched Transport Information Desks system on the Olympic objects. Due to this system operation, every participant, worker or guest of the Games could get full information on transport support during the Games. Moreover, our company organized mobile ticket officers’ work, offering services to the passengers on the hubs of Adler, Sochi, Krasnaya Polyana, Khosta, Matsesta, Esto-Sadok, Olympic Village and Olympic Park. Specialists of «Proxy Centre» LLC also developed and implemented an unique account and distribution system of the tickets for participants and guests of the Games, according to the agreement between the Olympic Organizing Committee and JSC (Russian Railways).
